Why Horses?
It has been said that "horses hold a mirror to who we are".
As prey animals that instinctually reflect their environment in order to survive, horses do not have the ability to lie or hide their emotions. Horses always live in the present moment and when we are with them, they give us honest, present-moment biofeedback.
